Roles And Responsible:
* Assists in executing online initiatives including websites, e-newsletters, drip campaigns, lead generation, PPC, SEM, SEO, display advertising, social media and interactive web/marketing tools.
* Maintain and write copy for websites.
* Develop and optimize landing pages using A/B and multivariate testing methodologies and improve conversion rate.
* Develop and manage the day-to-day activity and content on social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
* Utilize Google Analytics to provide analyses of website and online marketing campaigns.
* Works cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Sales, Product Management and IT.

Skills/Abilities:
* Strong copywriting skills for creative/marketing campaigns, reports and business correspondence.
* Must be an enthusiastic and avid social media/internet user with understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Digg, StumbleUpon, etc.)
* Ability to stay on top of new media trends and technology. Proactive/resourceful/creative.
* Strong presentation, written and verbal communications skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Extensive analytical skills as well as the potential and desire to succeed.
* ROI-focused analytical skills required to read/interpret marketing reports and make recommendations.
